Yorktown High School alumnus Eric Stein is not only a contestant on the CBS reality show “Big Brother 8,” he’s also “America’s Player,” which means he claims $10,000 for every five audience-generated tasks he successfully completes on the show.
To this point, the 27-year-old has earned at least $10,000 for completing six of these tasks determined through Internet polls, according to the barely- somewhat-reliable Wikipedia. Among the tasks he completed were telling fellow contestant Kail a lie of a sorrowful story and starting the catch-phrase “I’d do that for a dollar!”
According to the CBS-sanctioned wiki, Eric was also known for being dramatic in high school. Stein “taught drama and directed the musical” and was “voted ‘Funniest’” at YHS, according to CBS. The former writer for World Wrestling Entertainment also auditioned to be on “American Idol.” Talk about drama.

It's 10k for every 5 completed tasks. He has completed 6 tasks, which is 12k (assuming they make partial payments) not 90k!
Thanks, Sam. You can tell how big a fan I am of the show by that error.
Any more bio info on him? He looks so familiar, but I'm not from Yorktown and I didn't go to BU.
