Rosie’s final days at ‘The View’ score record ratings

June

The Nielsens are in. And as if it weren’t already obvious that Rosie O’Donnell is an evil ratings genius, it’s now been confirmed. In her final month on “The View,” the South Nyack resident averaged 1 million women in its key 18-49 demo, the highest in the show’s 10 year history. TV Guide also reports that, in all, its 3.8-million viewer average was almost a 30 percent jump versus the show’s average in 2006.

Beat that, Whoopi!

Take that, Trump…and all you jerks who were sure she was running the show into the ground. She kicked ass then and will kick ass in whatever endeavor she chooses. You Rosie haters are a bunch of idiots.

I have been trying to find out how far and how fast the ratings are dropping since Rosie left. Any idea? Google is not helping!

I would definitely like to know how the ratings are doing because the show is definitely lame..I dont watch it anymore ,,had begun to tape it..but I havent even been doing that..I care not to hear Elisabeths opinions..and Joy never gets a chance really to have much of a say or part of the show….The Donald needs to keep to what he does best..be a big mouth..and keep finding desperate women who will marry him for his money…and stop judging peoples apearances…his hair, dye job, and eyebrows are enough to keep him on the unattractive list…

They are wishing Rosie would come back. I’ve seen a few shows since Rosie left and you could hear all the background noise like people coughing or someone whispering in the audience. There is no energy. The hosts seem isolated from the audience. They also are very hostile to open debate keeping most of the topics to trivial matters like Paris Hilton.

I WAS NOT a View watcher prior to Rosie. I ATTEMPTED to watch the Tuesday after Ro’s departure—Horrible! Barbara W. can not have a coherent sentence without a 3×5 card and is so terribly afraid of stepping on anyones toes—-suck up to all of Hollywood. The show simply stinks….NOW.

With Rosie gone, I no longer watch The View. Elisabeth is not a real woman (does she even have a brain or an opinion of her own?). Barbara is scared of her own shadow (that’s been painfully obvious since she allowed the Dump Truck to walk all over her recently). Joy has some redeeming qualities but not enough to keep me was a viewer. The new View sucks and I prefer to do other things with my time now.

I hope Rosie surfaces somewhere soon. I’ll forever be a fan since she was not afraid to speak out about this horrible war that Pres. Bush & his cronies have put us in.

One only had to watch the first week of THE VIEW post-Rosie to see how far and fast the show has fallen back into obscurity. We went from heated, passionate discussion and debate on topics that mattered to an almost sad dissection of Barbara Walter’s panty lines (in a segment with the founder of Spanks…by all accounts a woman who has a brain and really did strike it rich by her own sheer will). Whoopi, who I normally love, looks lost and no one is there to slap the ill-informed gloat off of Elisabeth’s face. Ro, I didn’t always agree with you but I miss you (and The View) being on TV. Needless to say, The View is no longer something I even bother to record.
