Peter Kelly vs. Bobby Flay: Watch It!

Iron Chef. Battle of the Grill. Local chef Peter Kelly vs. celebrity restaurateur Bobby Flay. Need we say more? Yes? OK, then watch this RNN segment (from yesterday’s broadcast):

And on Monday, be sure to read Liz Johnson’s story in The Journal News about the battle, and then check Kelly’s own “Diary of an Iron Chef,” which tells the story of how he prepared for the battle. Both should be up online Monday, along with an extended photo gallery of the battle.
