Hot, hot, hot: Annable, Chambers, Panettiere! Plusâ€â€finally and definitivelyâ€â€Annable is not dating his TV mom

This week TV Guide unveils its list of the 40 “hottest starsâ€? on television, which happens to include three former Rocklandersâ€â€Justin Chambers (from Grey’s Anatomy), Hayden Panettiere (from Heroes), and Dave Annable (from Brothers and Sisters). Even better, the mag gets co-stars of the men to gush about them (none of Panettiere’s cast mates talk about her looks, but since she’s 17, that’s probably a good thing).
After the jump, Kate Walsh on Chambers, Rachel Griffiths on Annable…and is he or isn’t he dating Sally Field (he’s not…oops, I’m bad with teases).
Kate Walsh (who, by the way, is rumored to be dating Annable) talks about her co-star, Justin Chambers:
He’s really funny and genuinely cares about his fellow cast mates. Sometimes he’ll do a little growl or bark before we roll on a scene to loosen up, which I appreciate, since I’ll sometimes vocally warm up with a meow or a bark. It’s like a petting zoo in there! Justin’s also got this hip, rock and roll style that is all his own. He has fantastic taste in music, cars, and clothes. He’s super humble and is always the first one to hand out a compliment. When we were in Italy doing press, women went crazy for him. He was like a Beatle. They just screamed and cried.
Rachel Griffiths talks about her co-star, Dave Annable (she plays his older sister):
He’ll kill me for saying this, but Dave wasn’t always sexy, which is why he’s so sexy now. His mother sent over photos of him in his younger years to use around the set, including one of the most unattractive prom pictures of all time. Dave looked horrendous! But because he didn’t grow up looking like a hunk, he developed a personality that’s sweet, vivacious, gracious and, most of all, normal. Then, of course, Dave bloomed into this gorgeous man. But he kept the regular-guy personality. That makes him practically irresistible. What I especially love is his self-effacing humor. He’s a guy who just steals your heart.
Griffiths also finally once and for all cleared up the rumors that Annable was possibly dating his co-star, screen mom Sally Field:
Recently there were rumors floating around the internet that he and Sally Field were having a bit of a romantic…thing. For the record, it’s not true, but we all gave Dave a hard time about that one. He just laughed it off with that exuberant energy of his.
